Rukia did really say much but she clung to snows side. I have Snow helping me out......I don't know what I would have done with out her. She thought still keeping her head down.

Sparta looked back at Snow and Rukia. Since Badriya hadn't responded, he padded over to the two she-cats at the back. "Rukia's life is in danger until Badriya calms down," he hissed softly. "When we sleep tonight, Rukia, you keep inbetween me and Snow, got it?"

Rukia looked over at Badriya. I should just let her kill me. But she looked at him and nodded anyways.

Sparta sighed. "It's gonna be a long night," he mumbled under his breath.

Badriya looked behind her, her eyes still smoldering like burning coals. "I can't afford to waste any more time..." she muttered, padding onwards by herself and though her paws were probably bleeding she kept on her shoulders aching from the long periods of walking. She couldn't feel the pads on her feet, numb from the cold dew that shrouded the grass. She looked back, the rest oif the cats only faint speckles. "Let them waste time worrying about that whelp of a cat. I'll find them on my own if I have to..." she spat softly as she began to pick up her pace towards the city area.

Sparta watched as Badriya stormed ahead, not slowing or resting. Please don't do anything stupid, Badriya. We need you. He turned and looked at Snow and Rukia. "Let's find some shelter and rest for the night," he meowed. His body still ached from the fight and the walking was beginning to wear out his tire muscles. "We'll head after Badriya in the morning."

"No kidding." Snow mewed, picking up an exhausted paw and examining it in the dim moonlight. "I mean, can a paw get any more sore than mine?" Her roughed paw pad was scuffed and scratched from all the wear and tear of traveling. Badriya, you're psyco. Who would want to keep going in this state?

Sparta tunred tail and padded a few paces before scanning his surroundings. They were in a tight alleyway and the sun was rapidly sinking. A large cardboard box was sitting next to a quite full trashcan at the far edge of the building. "Let's sleep in there tonight," he meowed, heading for the shelter. I can't remember that last time I was this tired.

Rukia nobbed still staying by Snow, and headed for the box.

Sparta settled himself down nicely, not caring what Rukia did now that Badriya had gone ahead. He quickly curled his tail around himself and set his head on his paws, waiting for sleep to wash over him. I know I'm gonna be out of it soon, but I hope Badriya doesn't come back in the middle of the night to kill Rukia. I don't know if I could get up in time to save her...

Badriya limped onward, her eyes focused and her face sealed with determination though the night sky seemed to stretch on forever. For a second wearyness made her trip over her paws slightly, but she shook her head. Sleep could not be able to stop her.

Tired as he was, Sparta couldn't seem to fall into a deep enough sleep to stay asleep. He flicked his ear at every little noise and his body was becoming tense with frustration and weariness. He sighed as he picked himself up and silently exited the box. He looked up at the night sky, the thin clouds just barely cutting the harsh light of the moon that beamed down upon the streets and alleys. Badriya, stop being mad and just come back. I'm worried about you. If you keep going on alone, who knows what might happen to you....

Her vision was slurred, her movements groggy and weak. Blood trailed from her paw as she staggered in an attempt to move onward. Badriya collapsed, her lungs contracting. She sighed, her eyes coming back in to focus as she rested on the soft night shaded grass. What am I doing....I can't leave them back there alone. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea. she thought deeply as her tongue ran over her fillet pawpad. I have to turn back...I can't do this on my own.
