Cillian stopped a few yards away from the helf-demon, his eyes narrowed. "Christabella's been gone awhile and I've come to find her. We're going back to the coven," he replied icily. Talking was bothersome and sometimes he wished he could get across his point without having to move his lips.
Aithne nodded. "Ok. Well, I don't know exactly where she is. She ran off somewhere. You can follow her scent though." She shrugged, as if not interested. "Oh, and before you leave, Skye has a message. He hate you with a passion boy." She laughed and looked at Cillian.
Cillian's face now held a small smile. "If you see him before I do, tell him I accept his challenge and that I can't wait to kick his ass." Without another word, he dashed off further into the wood.
Aithne laughed again to herself and continued on back to the castle.
----------------------------
Cillian flew past the trees and bushes, dodging everything in his way. He kept on until he found himself in a small, hidden glade. The scent of blood was everywhere and it hit him hard and fast. That's Aithne's blood. She was scratched up when I met her but I didn't know it was that bad. And Skye's blood is here as well. They must've had a rough fight. But where's Christabella? Tasting the air again, he found her scent where it was the strongest, near the edge of the glade. Following it, he flew through the trees again until he can to a large, what seemed to be, and oak. Christabella's scent didn't go past it or in any other directoin for that matter. So where was she? Cillian caught a sound at his feet. It sounded like crying. Kneeling down, he felt along the roots of the tree until he found a burrow of some sort. Putting his ear to the ground, the crying got louder and louder. Reaching into the burrow, his hand met the familiar black cloth of Christabella's dress. "Christabella, what are you doing down there?" he hissed angrily, grasping the back of her arm and dragging her out.
